Shipping costs depend on your location:
- USA & Canada:
$5 for the first DVD + $3 each for the second and third DVDs + $2 for each additional DVD ... upto a maximum of $15.
- Everywhere else:
$8 for the first DVD + $3 for each additional DVD ... upto a maximum of $20. - Payment
Add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to our secure checkout page, hosted by shopify.com. After you review your order and enter your shipping details, you will be taken to the payment page. Payments are handled by Paypal.com. Antimatter Multiverse is a verified Premier Paypal seller. You do not have to be a Paypal member in order to pay using their service—you may use a credit card or your bank account if you do not have a Paypal account. We do not accept money orders or cash. - Shipping Time
Items are sent within 5 business days of your order. Most items arrive within 21 days, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery. - Shipping Destinations
If you do not see your country listed in the shipping destinations when you are completing the checkout procedure, please email us and we will help you to complete the order. Also, we DO ship to APO military addresses, but our website checkout is not capable of processing these addresses. Please send us an email with your order to APO addresses, and we will send you an invoice through Paypal for the amount, with full payment instructions. - Refunds and Exchanges
